LMRC relies heavily on volunteerism to fill the gap in public services by providing easily accessible prevention, health promotion and support service to vulnerable, marginalized individuals families who face social exclusion and lack of access to English services. Partnering with many grass-root community organizations and LaSalle City Borough. LMRC mobilizes and responsibly utilize resources to ensure client centered culturally relevant service delivery so that individuals can build resilience and reduce risk factors to successfully reach their fullest potentials. By maintaining a flexible, client-centered approach LMRC is able to meet the emerging needs of our community.
